Job Description

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership witha family-run business established in 1995, we believe that individuality should be the main basis of the care given within our Care Homes. Our dedicated team aim to provide specialised care in a safe homely atmospherewhere the residents are cared for with dignity and respect.Our company is seeking an Office Manager to lead the administrative, accounts, safety, and HR functions of the brand across 3/4 sites in south Edinburgh: Morningside, Juniper Green & Colinton Village.

  • Lead and develop a team of Administrators across all sites
  • Provide office administration support to the CEO and directors
  • Manage GDPR compliance
  • Implement, maintain, and update office processes and document control
  • Diary management
  • Managing suppliers, and accounts and liaising with an external bookkeeper
  • Support CEO Manage and schedule bank payments and weekly payroll
  • Processing expenses
  • Manage HR function
  • Manage recruitment administration
  • Oversee processing of employee timesheets
  • Support the business with managing safer recruitment checks
Skills and Experience
  • Clean Driving license & own car
  • Experience in a similar office management role
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Experience with accounting systems (Xero)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Creative problem solver, proactive, able to seek out work and continuous improvements of in-house processes and procedures
  • Trustworthy and able to comply with confidentiality requirements
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Ability to work on my own as well as part of a team
