Management of the support structure (which includes 1 paraplanners & 8 support team members) Provide support to company Directors. Responsibility for all company events alongside other team members Point of contact for all office IT requirements. Responsibility for the recruitment process within Melville Independent. Development of Staff Appraisals structure and Management ongoing Responsibility for the support structure and managing staff workloadsAs part of the management of the support team, you will drive and deliver an effective and value-added service, supporting the Senior Leadership team across the business.Other Responsibilities Sending letter of authorities Preparing Annual Reviews Preparing Illustrations Obtaining Valuations and Plan Information online/by phoning providers Preparing Compliance Files Dealing with day-to-day client requests Handling Applications for new business Responding to client emails Add new plans and fees to Xplan Updating client fact find information on Xplan Other general admin tasksSkills & Competencies Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Have a proactive mind-set and be enthusiastic to take on new challenges.
