Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced office manager to join the Edinburgh team of an international Renewables client. The company in question is one of the largest renewable energies in Europe and boasts a valuation of over 4.9 Billion.If you are looking to join a fast growing company in a sector that is set for astronomical expansion over the coming years then this may be the right opportunity for you!The Ideal candidate will have:-

  • Experience as an office manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team whilst also providing strong leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
Key Duties:-
  • Ensure the smooth-running of the office on a day-to-day basis by performing secretarial, data entry, procurement, invoice check and other office management related activities.
  • Support HR Business Partner by updating and maintaining employee records and archives and liaise with the HR service provider and/or Foreign Personnel Administration with regards to holidays, sick leave, etc.
  • Coordinate messenger and courier service, receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail for distribution.
  • organise company events or conferences, welcome new employees, liaise with staff and Corporate based Business Units.
