  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, planning and delivering marketing campaigns from brief to production.
  • Work with agencies to deliver and optimise agreed activity across channels.
  • Support the Marketing Manager to ensure consistency across channels and provide support to the Print Studio Manager, Digital Design Manager and TV Creative Manager.
  • Share ideas and support team members for continuous process and relationship improvement.
  • Work with the wider team on TV/photography production for monthly campaigns.
  • Support in the preparation of creative briefs and campaign planner documents including schedules.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager to deliver the marketing strategy and help identify new marketing and business development opportunities.
  • Work with compliance to ensure all marketing assets meet requirements.
  • Support in the delivery of Public Affairs press and marketing activity.
Required Skills
  • Experience in a similar marketing executive or agency role.
  • Attention to detail driven.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Well organised with experience of using processes to manage workloads.
  • Computer literate, confidence using Microsoft office tools, mainly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, able to draft emails, briefs and reports.
  • A genuine interest in all elements of the marketing mix.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to juggle different projects at the same time.
  • A passion for advertising both on and offline channels.
  • A strong team player able to work effectively with others.
  • A professional understanding of the role of TV, print and digital.
  • Can manage workloads to deliver assets across multiple channels.

Additional InformationWhilst the core hours of the role will be 37.5 hours per week, worked Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm, working out with these hours will be required around event times, where necessary time will be given in lieu.
