My high-profile Banking Client is currently in the market for a Lead Business Analyst within Investment Change. We do this by showcasing their talents, skills, and unique experience in an inclusive environment that helps them thrive.You will be joining an Investment Change team to deliver a project that will design and deliver an Investment Database storing high-value fund information that is essential for reporting.Responsibilities Include· Responsible for the requirements analysis· Process design and solution design for a medium sized product and/or project in order to realise customer value through excellence and execution· Include using Business Analysis skills to support Project Manager to identify and understand the business need, analyse, and prioritise the requirements, through to assessing, designing, testing and implementing agreed solutions.· Coaching and developing others to achieve analysis excellence is also a key part of the role.Criteria· General understanding of Mutual Funds / L&P Funds· Experience of Fund Launch, Fund Changes, and Fund Closures· Experience of Asset / Fund transition· Knowledge of Fund Pricing, Accounting, and other operational processes an advantage· Project Management - managing calls/runbook/RAID· Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage stakeholders to ascertain requirementsIf you are interested, please apply with an up to date CVhours.
