IT Service Centre Analyst£30,000 + benefits Edinburgh My client is looking for a service centre analyst /IT support engineer to provide 1st line phone support and 2nd line hardware support for a busy service centre. This is a predominately customer service focused role, which is a phone-based role alongside hardwarefault diagnostics for Desktops, laptops and mobile phones.
