Job Description

We are supporting our client in hiring several Investigators to join their team. Our client are an independent, not-for-profit organisation that resolve any financial disputes which a business and a consumer have been unable to solve themselves. They makedecisions that feel fair to both sides and if they decide someone has been treated unfairly, they have the legal powers to put things right.As an investigator you will…- Manage a caseload of Consumer Credit related complaints- Conduct a fair and thorough investigation into each complaint- Resolve each case by coming to a fair and balanced decision- Deliver exceptional customer service and explain decisions clearly, in writing and over the phone- Show understanding of complex complaints and the ability to think critically about whats happened to let people know where they standYou do not need experience within financial services to be successful in this role, however this is desirable.Location: Remote working, 1 day every 8 weeks working from an office in Edinburgh.Hours: We have both full time (35 hours per week) and part time (28 hours per week) roles available.
