TEKsystems Global Services are looking for an IAM Engineer who has Ping and API experience, to join their Open Banking Team.Description:Open Finance platform lead.Responsible for the delivery for the regulatory APIs - mainly non-discretionaryNeed:A few years’ experience.More a do-er than a leader.Have a number of changes, re-platforming their API analytic platform.Authentication, data analytics, aligned other going to be aligned to that another will replace.On regulatory roadmapSelf-starter - especially considering MSWsKey skills:Java backend microservices, Apigee (Edge moving to X)IMB DB2Venturing in to AWS - EC2, Data storage gatewayRun on pivotal cloud foundry, rebranded,Going to venture to public cloud in next few yearsA lot of what they’re doing a building on top of what they already haveAPI metrics - monitoring.React UI.Pingfed is the main IAM tooling.Skills:APIsJavaAWSReactPingFedApigeeEmployee Value Proposition:Hybrid - 4 days a month in Office.Few years worth of work to be done.The Client are going through a major AWS transformation programme, where there are a few platforms that is on prem owned by infrastructure datacenters that will be unsupported shortly and requiring upgrading costing them a significant burden through costand application effectiveness. There are several upgrades that are being performed that are not supported right now.There are 3 main platforms –• Federated single sing on platform – allows staff for the intranet applications to access using a single sign on• Staff Platform - Authentication – specific back office staff that requires additional security sign on• Customer facing platform – protecting the mobile based customers – Multi Factor Authentication.All use IAM Ping Access, Ping Federate Identity management.Aim is to take all these 3 platforms away from existing DC to AWS and then move the latest updated version.As it stands they are currently using an old version that is costing the bank money while also migrating onto the new AWS platform.
