Job Description

Job Opportunity: HR Information Systems Lead (Full Time, Permanent)Salary: Circa £33000 - £37000Location:East Edinburgh (Hybrid working - 2 days onsite)I am delighted to be working again with one of our long-standing charitable clients who are looking to recruit a HR Information Systems Lead, to play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and optimisation of their HR systems. What you will do:
  • Be a system superuser, addressing system-related issues, including accessibility and liaising with the system provider when required
  • Identify opportunities to improve, streamline and automate HR processes, testing all systems updates prior to live release, working to deadlines
  • Generate reports for Senior Management Team
  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels across the organisation on a variety of tasks
What I am looking for:
  • Proven technical experience in a HR systems based role
  • Generalist HR understanding
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work to deadlines
