Job Description

HR ADMINISTRATOR 6 MONTHS EDINBURGH Our Public Sector client is looking to bring in a HR Administrator in on an initial 6 month contract.Essential Skills:

  • Strong administration qualities (our operations and recruitment team are looking for additional resource with permanent funding within the HR Unit)
  • Liaise closely with Managers and Advisers within HR, ensuring the needs of our customers are met but also compliant with the clients policies policies and in line with the Civil Service Commissions Recruitment Principles
  • E-recruitment system input and co-ordination of candidates through our assessment process.
  • Provide guidance, support, advice and feedback to candidates and Recruiting Managers throughout the recruitment process and signposting where necessary
  • Undertake all pre-employment checks for successful candidates, prepare employment contracts and process new employee details to the clients people system (iTrent)
  • Assist with on-going Recruitment and Resourcing project work in policy/systems development as required
