Could you be the one we are looking for The Role You will be an ambitious and hard-working individual who recognises the value in managing a team of Designers and being a divisional head, maintaining the respect of both your team and your clients. You will be an expert in your field and eager to expandyour knowledge and skillset, continually open to developing yourself. You will be resilient, driven, and importantly an excellent communicator!You will be responsible for overseeing the Design teams day-to-day activities, ranging from client relationships to coaching, mentoring, and managing the talented UX designers in the team. You will hold performance reviews, encouraging the best standardsfrom your team and motivating them to be the best.You will be also in-part as a divisional head, responsible for the delivery and growth of the companys profitable income. To achieve this you will identify new opportunities through client development and new business developments.Are you ready to take on this rare and exciting opportunityWhat do we need from you
  • Minimum 2 years Management Experience (UX Designers/Design Teams) and leading/directing UX/UI/CX projects on behalf of enterprise B2B clients
  • Fluent and Excellent Communication Skills
  • Confident Presenting to Stakeholders and Clients and Manging the Processes Throughout the Project Lifecycle
  • 6+ years of UX/UI/CX design within/on behalf of enterprise organisations/clients
  • Strong UX Knowledge and Skills
  • Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
  • Research and Insight Tools Such as UserZoom, ContentSquare, or similar!
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS (Bonus)
