Job Description

Robert Half are working with an exciting purpose led, third sector organisation based in Edinburgh to recruit an Accounts Assistant on an interim basis (3-6 months). Our client is looking for an all-rounded Accounts Assistant who can roll their sleeves upand hit the ground running. Hybrid working, ideally in the offer 3 days per week.Key responsibilities:

  • Purchase & Sales Ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Assisting with payment run preparation
  • Any other ad hoc duties
Must have:
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within another charity
  • Ideally good excel
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Positive mind-set
  • Team player
