Your future employer is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team, servicing and working on coffee machines, vending machines and water dispense systems. The ideal candidate will be someone who is self motivatedand pro-active, and has excellent knowledge and experience in the coffee industry. They are offering a company vehicle, a company pension scheme and 31 days holidays. Given the nature of this position, we are offering a strong package of £30k-£37k per annumfor the ideal candidate. This a purely Monday to Friday position with no weekend work!The expected duties and ideal experience for the successful service engineer are as follows:* Responding to machine failures within the agreed SLA* Training staff on sites showing the operational features of the equipment once it is installed* Liaising with the service desk to ensure calls are completed* Working towards a first-time-fix* Providing cover to other areas as required (due to holidays, sick days, etc.)Skills and experience required:* Minimum of 1 years experience of vending of coffee machine engineering* Basic understanding of electrical engineering* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Excellent problem solving skills* Full and clean UK drivers license Full in-house training will be provided for this position, as will a vehicle, fuel card, all tools, and a tablet and phone.
