Job Description

A well-known national firm in central Edinburgh is seeking to hire an experience Executries Paralegal to support its Private Client team. The day to day:Providing a platform for you to create, develop and maintain client relations with an emphasis on helping the firm bring in new business expanding with the firm as it is rapidly growing in Dundee.
  • Providing timely and sound legal support on a range of Executries matters
  • Manage a varied caseload effectively and independently
  • Remain up to date about the latest developments in the field including CPD requirements
  • Draft, review and manage legal documentation
  • Conduct legal research and investigate the facts on each case
  • Liaise with the client and relevant parties
  • Manage client expectations by adopting a proactive approach
Are you the right CandidateDetermined to find somebody with around 3+ years’ existing Private Client experience in Dundee.
  • Excellent people skills – confidence and capable of working as part of a bigger team across multiple locations
  • Strong general administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Calm under pressure, good organisational skills and excellent time management – with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
