Development Associate - Onshore Wind & Solar - Scotland - £55,000-£65,000 + very competitive bonusPiper Maddox are exclusively recruiting for one of the worlds largest privately held developers and operators of renewables. This global player have developed over 30GW of projects and are now looking to grow out their UK team more. They are a cash rich business that have enough pipeline to see you succeed in this role, you would never need to worry about the budgets which would be set for projects, they have extremely high and exciting ambitions.You would be coming in to help deliver and identify renewable development opportunities for onshore/offshore renewables. Getting in at this time would see you being rewarded in progression opportunities and gaining exposure to all areas of the business. Theidea is that with support from their international teams you and the rest of the Scottish team will form the basis for something truly special and with that comes huge recognition!In terms of the company culture their UK division is smaller team who all get on extremely well and are very passionate about the renewables industry - they also have a lot of international liaison and chances for business trips to meet other people who workfor the wider organization! You would play a valuable role in also making sure the Scottish office upholds the caring nature they have.In terms of progression you would not be limited - they have annual reviews and will sit with you to create targets that both you and your line manager agree to.Not to mention their package...
