As a Senior Business Analyst you will be a part of a cross-functional team working alongside the business, IT & Change, Propositions, Distribution, Operations, and Business Intelligence specialists to help solve some of the most difficult puzzles. You willbe joining the team at an exciting time where we are undergoing a program to transform how we use data across the organisation, and you will help shape the future strategy.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Understand, challenge and document underlying business needs, translating these into project scope, objectives and business goals.
  • Design and facilitate business need workshops to analyse, define and prioritise requirements, challenging thinking and agreeing outcomes to ensure robust requirements development and approval.
  • Oversee end-to-end traceability against quality business requirements.
  • Support testing and implementation.

  • Understanding of CRM solutions such as Salesforce of MSD or other CRM platforms and familiarity with CRM concepts, processes and best practices
  • Designing and documenting sales processes and pipeline processes
  • Experience in working with/developing/customizing PowerApps solutions. Ability to design develop, test and deploy business applications using PowerApps
  • Deep understanding of working within an MI & Insight function and understanding how data can support strategic goals
  • Experience with working in an environment using Power BI (preferably) or Tableau
  • Knowledge and experience of Business Analysis tools and techniques to support both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
