In this role you will lead the insight and analysis within the companys target customer base metrics to maximise customer satisfaction and value. You will manage a small a team of analysts and work closely with the Data Science team to look into data resultsand suggest improvements that can be made to optimise potential. The ideal candidate will have experience managing/leading and developing an MI/Insight/Analysis team and understands how to manage stakeholders. You will need to be proficient with SQL and have knowledge of GDPR for data use. Its not essential but would be advantageous to have experience with Python and OBIEE.
