Description:One of our financial services clients require a Data Culture Consultant to work in partnership with both parent company and OpCos executive leadership team (CEO and CEO-1) to mold the wider Data Culture strategy, and pathways, to best suit the current andfuture state of the clients 2024 Data Culture Initiative.Working in partnership with Head of Data & Analytics, Data Management, Governance and Assurance Testing Lead, the Data Culture Lead will take the lead on implementing the clients Data Culture Initiative in 2024.Key Activities:

• Understand the CEO, and CEO-1s priorities and communicate, and implement this messaging to the companies Leads, for downstream consumption and adoption.
• Communicate executive leadership messaging - via interviews / meetings, and then create a plan on a page which will then be worked on by the Presentations Team, for further consumption across the business.
• Understand the clients key launch dates for Data-related activities / change / events etc. and communicate, via internal marketing, to senior leaders across the business.
• Understand, and recommend, data pathways to Senior Leaders to ensure their team are completing these.
• Communicate across the business what the company are doing towards the Data Culture Initiative.

Other Key Activities:

• Conduct Executive Data Owner Surveys;

- Refine the existing material to best suit the clients own strategy for Data Culture.- Ensure that the central Data Culture Plan from the parent company is adapted appropriately to the needs of the client.

• Assess the current uptake, and completion of designated Data Pathways (Data Camp and Data Academy).

- Work with Learning & Development Department to export data on staff engagement of Data Camp and Data Academy.- Ensure Leaders are putting in place clear direction and objectives to their teams around the necessary completion of defined Data Pathways.- Assess accessibility of aforementioned Data Pathways.- Define, and clarify, what is currently being recorded as it pertains to the completing of these pathways & confirm the structure of how this is being reported.- Track League Tables on Data Camp uptake.- Conduct interviews with "Best in Class", to apply learnings to wider the clients staff.Other Objectives:Data Maturity Ladder:

• Monthly update of the clients Maturity Ladder.
• Drive uptake, and buy-in form leadership, to ensure improvement in this area.
• Benchmarking against the parent company, and external businesses.

Connect the parent company & the clients Data Culture Strategy;

• Bridge the gap
• Ensure all client specific requirements are included in the parent companies Data Culture discussions.

Monthly Update Messaging:

• Ownership of monthly updates; measurement of Data Literacy, Data Camp & Data Academy uptake, what teams have signed up to which pathways.
