Data AnalystOutside IR35 Contract3 monthsResponsibilities:Data extraction- Work with Data Lead and project stakeholders to identify what data is required.- Work with system owners to extract required data from existing business systems (PeopleSoft Finance, PeopleSoft,HR, Salesforce, Clients Data Lake/Corporate Reporting, etc.)Quality analysis (Core focus of role)- Undertake quality analysis of the data:o Reconciliation of key data / information between systems to identify the correct values to migrateo Identify gaps in the data and work with data lead and business stakeholders to close those data gapsSupport data entry- Support Salesforce data entry- Re-running of reports following data updates to identify outstanding gapsPriority of skills1. Prior experience of cleansing data2. Excel (detailed reporting skills)3. Knowledge of data migration at operational level4. Sql or Salesforce reporting or Power BI is not essential but would really helpPreferred- SQL Server- Salesforce Reporting- Salesforce data entry- PowerBILarge program8 workstreamsYou will be an Excel expert, comfortable cross referencing sets of data and have a superbeye for detail. You will be tasked with reaching out to business to uncoverthe answers. The analysis workis core focus of role, reconcile data and look at values andidentify gaps and close those datagaps. You must be comfortable with large volumes of data entry and display your experience to back up your confidence.
