Job Description

A highly reputable and leading firm with a presence across the UK, is now seeking a senior-level corporate solicitor/associate to join its well-regarded Corporate team based in Edinburgh.You will be surrounded by a wealth of experienced and knowledgeable individuals where your role will involve providing a full range of corporate advice on, but not limited to:

Acquisitions and disposals
Equity investments
Shareholder agreements
Corporate restructuring
Investment funds

There may also be the opportunity to be involved in international transactions.The successful candidate will demonstrate a "can do" attitude and be competent in building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.A keen interest and enthusiasm for a broad range of corporate matters, business acumen and a personable approach are a must for this position.
