Job Description

Idex Consulting are working with well-established International Wealth Management Company with an excellent record of success who are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager, with a proven track record, to manage and grow the back-office team andproviding support to the Financial Advisers.This role will report directly into the Financial Planning Director.Key Responsibilities:

  • To create and implement new working practices/processes to deliver a smooth and effective business operating model
  • Responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of the administration team
  • Manage all business applications ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner to the firms standards
  • To act as first point of contact for queries, manage workloads within the team and identify training needs and areas for continuous improvement
  • Responsible for the LOA case management to ensure processes run smoothly and timely for our prospect clients
  • Oversight of company mailboxes
  • Oversight of work delegation to client services team through the company CRM (Xplan) and with the use of Outlook
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Client Services Manager (Preferably with a financial advising firm)
  • Experienced in writing and implementing new working practices/processes
  • In-depth knowledge of running an effective back-office administration team
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and common computer programmes
  • Working knowledge of financial CRM systems (preferably Xplan)
  • People person, time oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, consumer relations, reporting skills, administrative skills, attention to detail
  • Experience of driving a dedicated client-centric culture in an operational environment
Package
  • Salary up to £50,000 doe
  • Four-and-a-half-day-week (half day Friday)
