As a leading recruitment agency, Pertemps is privileged to facilitate this search for an individualwho will play a pivotal role in the Audit division across various sectors.About the Role:As an Audit Manager, you will not only oversee a diverse client portfolio but also contribute significantly to the development and mentorship of talented trainees. Engaging in strategic planning, process enhancements, and decision-making discussions, you willbe at the forefront of shaping the organizations success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and allocating work to the audit team, providing guidance from planning to completion.
  • Reviewing all work within agreed timescales, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Delivering quality feedback at the conclusion of assignments, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Directly engaging with clients on technical and auditing/accounting matters.
  • Managing day-to-day staffing/office responsibilities, including onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring.
The successful candidate will possess:
  • Full qualification as CA/ACCA or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in planning and leading audits.
  • Strong managerial skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • IT proficiency and adaptability to various computer packages.
  • Client-driven mindset with strategic and commercial awareness.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, fostering a motivated team environment.
