Our client is well known for its popular, trendy, on message and fun environmentswhich combine group leisure and arcade game activities.Set in an iconic venue right in the heart of the capital, our client is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring guests have a smooth, fun and immersive experience whilst enjoying bowling, pool,ping-pong and arcade games. You will also be managing the service of a fast-paced bar and delicious American style comfort food.Global Talent 2020s clients Assistant Manager role offers great flexible working hours to ensure a healthy work/life balance with restaurant opening hours, no late nights and a 45-hour working week. There are also big plans to open new venues around theUK so plenty of scope for an ambitious and driven manager to make their mark and progress their career with this brilliant company.The person:Our client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a current Assistant Manager level or a supervisor ready for their next career step as the client is passionate about developing their talent internally. Someone who is confident at leading a team of 10-15people, is engaging with customers, possesses a positive outlook, fun to work with, and ambitious to fit the clients driven mentality with planned expansion of the business. The role could also suit someone with previous supervisor or duty manager experiencein either bar or restaurant environments.The ideal Assistant Manager candidate must have had prior experience of working in a high-volume bar or restaurant, specifically with bar training and cocktail experience.
