Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for a Analyst Librarian to work on an assignment at our well known Public Sector client based in Edinburgh.£12.84-£16.19 per hourStarting ASAP for 3 months possible extension37.5 hours per weekWorking from home

  • As an Assistant Librarian in the Outreach team, you will deliver webinars and develop materials to promote the use of national digital library subscription resources.
  • Deliver training to Turas Learn Admins
  • Deliver a programme of webinars on using The Knowledge Network services
  • Contribute to the further development of content on The Knowledge Network Help and training pages
  • Contact administrators of community websites and review the use of their sites
    • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills including experience of building up strong working relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands, manage workload effectively and develop solutions to problems as they arise.
  • Experience of organising and facilitating events or meetings
  • Excellent IT skills including experience of using online tools and social media to engage and collaborate with stakeholders
