Team Administrator Our Client is a world leader in what they do and they are looking for a strong Team Administrator to support the Service TeamThe Role;

  • Supporting the Service Team with Administrative duties
  • Maintaining department email inbox
  • Updating internal database
  • Liaising with external contractors
  • Providing quotations for clients
  • Producing reports
  • Scheduling diaries
  • Signing off invoices
  • Skills;
  • Previous experience within Administration
  • Proficient in excel
  • Great attention to detail
  • Work well as a team
  • Efficient
