Job Description

We are currently assisting our client, an established estate agency, in their search for a dedicated PropertyManager to join their team. Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties and ensure the efficient management of day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a well-respectedestate agency.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial units.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs to uphold property standards and ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Administer tenancy agreements, including lease renewals, rent collection, and handling deposit disputes.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulations governing the property management industry.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on property performance and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management, preferably within an estate agency or property management firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
