Surveyor - Social Housing Planned Works Full-time, Permanent role - £42-£45kNorth LondonWe are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Building Surveyor to join a leading Housing Association. We have opportunities available on Repairs, Planned Works, Disrepair and Damp & Mould.We are looking for someone with a wide range of skills and experience including property surveying, both internal and external, and a good understanding of construction and building. Health and safety is of paramount importance in this role and you willbe expected to demonstrate a good knowledge of Health and Safety and compliance at all times. You will also require advanced knowledge of contract and housing law and will have ideally previously worked in the Social Housing sector.A large part of this role will involve carrying out inspections within occupied properties, then providing technical advice to the team. Candidates will have had extensive experience in carrying out specifications of jobs and will be confident in providingrecommendations and producing condition reports.Influence is key in this role!
