Service Charge Accountant required for a young and successful Property Management company in Edgware.Working hours are Monday - Friday: 8.45am - 6pmOur client is an expanding and dynamic residential block management firm who requires a new member for their team to provide efficient and accurate account support for the day to day running of the portfolio.Key Responsibilities: - Prepare income and expenditure reports and associated documents to be sent to external accountant for preparation of service charge accounts. - Take ownership for ensuring year end service charge accounts are completed on time. - Liaise with external parties including clients, tenants, suppliers to resolve queries. - Assist with collection of service charge arrears. - Prepare bank reconciliations.Experience/skills required: - Previous experience of working within service charges essential. - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Able to work in a team and assist colleagues when required. - Previous experience of using Qube is desirable. - Good knowledge of Excel.
