Job Description

Job Role: Property AdministratorLocation:Edgware, HarrowJob Sector: Large and ComplexSalary:£20,000 - £24,000Hours: 35 hours; Monday to Friday 8am to 4pmAs the property administrator you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by:

  • Provide a high standard level of customer service to our residents and all visitors to the development
  • Act as main point of contact at the front desk
  • Assist with on-site deliveries, customer queries and service requests

    1. Acting as the first point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails.
    2. Providing excellent customer services to over 1000 leaseholders and residents.
    3. Managing the contractors log and the log book for staff coming in and out.
    4. Raising orders, including working out the correct allocation to the schedule and apportionment and then seeking approval via the ADM.
    5. Producing block notices and letters for a number of site issues, such as: Breach of Lease, BBQs, parking etc.
    6. Taking minutes when required at Board meetings or site meetings.
    7. Attending the weekly Monday site staff meetings and end of week meeting.
    8. Registering staff absences and sickness.
    9. Printing reports for the ADMs from MySight system.
    10. Maintaining the Handyman register of works, place tasks in the log from residents calls / emails.
    11. Any other task to support the administration of the office.
