Job Description

* Firm: Boutique Firm* Workload: 75% Accounts & Tax Planning c25% Audit* Location: Edgware* Salary: CompetitiveAre you an Accounts Manager looking for a Pathway to Partnership roleOur client is a Boutique Firm in Edgware, they are looking for an Associate to join their team.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take over a client portfolio & work side by side with the Partner as part of his succession planning for the firm, with a view to progress to Partner level in the future.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to keen to involve themselves in business development to help grow this portfolio.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and manage audits from planning to completion would be preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will:
  • Be ACA/ACCA qualified.
  • Have experience in accounts preparation and corporation tax.
  • Experience with cloud accounting would be beneficial as the firm are aiming to become 100% paperless.
