  • The ideal graduate is one who is confident, dedicated, a strong role model, and has a positive outlook towards life. These individuals can be asked to work 1:1 with students, in small groups, intervention groups, support whole-class instruction, etc. Teachingassistants provide students with a sense of stability and peace within the classroom, helping students feel confident in their overall learning.
As the academic year is well on its way, it is the busiest period for schools and I would really like to invite you to register with Prospero Teaching online. The demand for Graduates over the last few weeks has drastically increased.The majority of the schools we work with are looking for Graduates to start immediately or for September 2022. We also have schools who are able to extend contracts until July 2023 and will go permanent thereafter. All positions are contract roles - minimum1 yearAll positions will be full time and you will be based in the same school throughout your Assignment. So, you will have a guaranteed regular income, at the same schoolProspero Teaching are representing a number of Secondary schools who are looking for graduates to act as teaching assistants. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE SCHOOL. No Prior training/ experience is requiredYOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE, JUST A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.The benefits of being a Graduate working in a school:
  • £10 PER HOUR MINIMUM
  • Holiday every 6 weeks
  • Very sociable hours - 8:00 - 3:30, Monday to Friday
  • Paid weekly
