Job Description

Danish Speaking Call Centre Agent £10/hrOur client based in Colindale NW London is looking for candidates with fluent Danish to take incoming calls in a fast paced and buzzing environment. Our client a well renowned contact centre based in North London is looking for full time enthusiastic, professional customer service clerks to work on this temporary campaign.Experience & Skills

  • Must be fluent in Danish Speaker to a native level
  • Good written and verbal English language skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ideally have a background working in a call centre previously
  • Professional and emotionally resilient.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent multitasker
  • Aims to surprise and delight on every customer interaction
