They pride themselves in the excellent support they can offer their clients and recognize that each individual client needs to be given bespoke advice, tailored to them and theirrequirements.They are now seeking an additional IFA Administrator to support the advisers based in their Warwick office. You will be supporting 4 advisers, and work alongside a number of other administrative staff to ensure the smooth running and processing of the business.This will involve new business processing from start to finish, updating the CRM system and ensuring all client files are compliant, client review packs, liaising with clients and dealing with client inquiries, and much more. The back office system they utilizeis Intelligent Office and if you have had experience utilizing Fidelity, Transact, Standard Life, or Aviva, this would be ideal.This is a really interesting and varied administration role and would suit someone who is seeking a new challenge in the industry and a more technical administrative role.Whats on offer
