Autism support workerChild Autism Support WorkerWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Autism Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children with autism and will provide support to children and their families, helping them toaccess a range of services and activities that promote their learning and development.Key responsibilities: Assist with the delivery of the curriculum, including lesson planning and preparation Work one-on-one with children or in small groups to support their learning and development Help children with autism to manage their behavior and stay on track in class Implement behavior management strategies and work with children to develop positive behaviors Communicate with parents, teachers, and other members of the autism team to ensure that children receive the best possible support Keep accurate records and make observations to help teachers monitor and evaluate childrens progressQualifications and experience: A relevant qualification in autism support or a related field Extensive experience working with children with autism Knowledge of behavior management strategies and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you are passionate about helping children with autism and believe that you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
