Job Description

Sales Negotiator Location: Swanscombe, (DA10) Salary: £30K - £35k OTEOur client are an established estate agency with multiple offices providing excellent services to their clients.The Role:You will be providing viewing and valuing property services, plus selling Financial Services in Kent. You will be target-driven, motivated and have a background in sales and customer services.Duties:

Build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities.
Be professional and polite and able to carry out viewings with prospective buyers and sellers
A good communicator who can liaise with buyers, sellers and other customers
You will maintain records on a daily basis
Cross-sell services

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years experience in property sales

The ability to keep up with trends in the property market
Have strategic awareness of the property market
Able to multitask and have a good track record in sales and customer service
Have a driving licence and your own vehicle.
