You must have a self -starting mindset and desire to succeed.You will support new and existing customers purchase, amend and renew insurance policies, across a vast range of products. This is predominantly a customer service role that requires a personable and caring approach to deliver a fantastic customer experience.This includes working within a vibrant and multiskilled sales environment, to meet agreed targets through sales, retentions and compliance. Working as part of a supportive team with a passion for customer excellence makes this role the perfect introductionto the insurance sector.Essential skills/experience:Good communication skills, written and verbalCustomer service experience from any sector (this can be face to face)IT competencyA can-do attitudeDesirable skills/experience:Previous customer service phone based experienceHours of work:Rotating shifts: 08.00- 16.00 , 09.00 - 17.00, 10.00 - 18.00 (1 sat in every 3 - working 08.00 - 12.00)The role starts at a basic salary of £21,000, with a potential to earn up to £26,000 as you develop in the role and demonstrate our clients values.
