Production OperativesCheshire, CW12£10.58 - £12.54 Per hour Depending on ExperienceFull Time (36 hours per week)Day and Night Shifts PermanentOur Client is a leading wall coverings manufacturer based in Congleton, Cheshire. Having recently undertaken a site relocation that has seen significant investment from the owners, the company is now looking to recruit additional Production Operatives tostrengthen the current team and increase production capacity.About the Production Operative Role:The post holder will be responsible for helping to produce wallpaper to agreed specifications, procedures and timescales as well as supporting the wider production team.There will also be the opportunity to progress into Gravure Printer or Colour Mixer roles for the right candidate.Hours:These are permanent roles working 12 hour shifts (36 hours a week).Shifts run across days and nights, over 6 days a week on a 4 week rotating shift pattern.The successful Production Operative candidates will:

Ideally have work experience in a similar role working within a manufacturing environment.
Have an excellent eye for detail.
Have the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Previous training using PPT would also be an advantage.
