Job Description

Our client is seeking to appoint a driven individual with a passion for building and maintaining new business relationships! You do not need sales experience to be considered for this role, but you must have a real passion for a career in this sector!You will enjoy a varied role which will combine of phone based sales/introductions, as well as converting quotes-and updating the CRM system.You will have strong communication skills and enjoy liaising with a variety of customers!

  • NG16, office based
  • £22,000 per annum
  • £500 monthly bonus
  • Permanent, Mon - Fri, 8am - 4.30pm
Key responsibilities:
  • Achieving sales and margin budgets working along side the external sales person.
  • Positive progression of sales team objectives as defined in the company budget.
  • The key objective is to convert live quotations into orders via converting passive project specifications, competitor specifications and performance specifications into orders.
  • Responsible for the management of projects from inception to completion via the company SDM system which includes updating meeting notes, strategies to secure the order and forecasting date business expected.
  • Developing and sustaining long term business relationships
Skills and Experience:
  • Our client is looking for a self starter with the enthusiasm and drive to consistently strive to exceed sales & margin targets, whilst demonstrating excellent levels of customer delivery, communication and reporting.
  • You will have a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
