Job Description

Care Worker | Nottingham | £11 including holiday payRocasa Consulting is currently recruiting for some new and exiting role as Care Worker in Nottingham.The roles can be either full-time or ad hoc shifts. You would be able to take on roles in projects opened 24/7, allowing you to work day shift, afternoon shift or night shift. There is also the possibility of roles whose working day are Monday to Friday,8-hour shifts.As a Care Worker, an ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Establish collaborative relationships with clients, working to increase their strengths
  • Take initiative to safely resolve crises and respond non-judgementally to problematic behaviour
  • Help develop and implement service plans, and be a strong advocate for the client
  • Make positive contributions to the team, support and back up your co-workers at all time
The ideal candidate will have the following personal attributes and qualifications/experience:
  • Resilient and empathetic, able to take initiative and ownership
  • An enhanced DBS check (dated within one year or on update service)
  • Ideally, previous experience as a support worker/care worker. A background in mental health and learning disabilities is desirable.

  • Pay: £11phincl. holiday
  • Full-time (37.5 hours/week) OR ad hoc shifts
  • Length of the contract: ongoing
