Job Description

Working for my client who is a fantastic Norfolk based, award winning and multi-million turn over company. This is a unique opportunity to join their team as an Invoice Data Specialist.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving and accounting for monthly invoices from suppliers in prescribed format.
  • Uploading invoices and credit notes to the system
  • Manual validation of invoices where appropriate
  • Running validation and comparison checks on invoices against data
  • Communicating as necessary internally and externally to resolve queries and invoice validation issues.
  • Build rapport and work with the teams as required
  • Working on other tasks as required
Essential Skills:
  • Process and systems skills with analytical focus, including excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to pinpoint key issues, together with a can-do attitude to resolving these swiftly are both essential for this busy and varied role
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
