CK Group are recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist to join an international diagnostics company on a permanent basis at their site in Eastleigh, Southampton. The Company:Our client is an international specialist in infectious disease, with a diverse product range in oncology, microbiology, haematology and serology testing. Salary:CompetitiveLocation:Eastleigh, Southampton Your main duties will be to: Manage and resolve Tech Support Enquiries To be the main point of contact for the customer Provide technical support and problem solving for customers and the manufacturing team. Serve as a scientific consultant during client visits Presentation of reports to management and trend analysis to identify product failures. Monthly reporting of Tech Support EnquiriesYour Background:The ideal candidate for this role will have: Bachelors degree in a related field Experience of working within a laboratory and / or manufacturing environment Good scientific knowledge of PCR and qPCR.
