Employer and Learner Engagement Manager Permanent Full-time hours Monday to FridayBradford area Work-based learning sector £ 26000 to £ 30000 a year Flexible working with some WFH available CMD is delighted to bring this role to marker for our client We are recruiting a strong sales and business development person to sell in traineeships and other work-based learning training programmes to local employers It is not essential to have a background in the employability and training sectors but it would be an advantage if you were familiar with Adult Education funding programmesThe role will involve the following Grow the business across all funding streams and develop a commercial offer appropriate to the needs of employers and learners as appropriate. You will be working with the Contract Managers and Centre Managers to meet performance and financial KPIs, as well as building excellent relationships with stakeholders, employers, and referral agencies, to support the growth of all contracts in the area You will require excellent people skills and the ability to own a room, with commercial awareness to be able to grow our provision outside of the funded skill sector. You will need to network in the local area and become familiar with local employers and opportunitiesfor growth As well as all of the above you will have the

Ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets, with attention to detail
Ability to work calmly under pressure, be self-motivated and use own initiative
Ability to build strong working relationships with other departments
