We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a brand new, long-term project in Eastbourne. The client is a nationwide housebuilder with projects across the UK and a number of long-term residential schemes across the South region.Responsibilities will include:

Management of sub-contractors and staff site operatives

Deliver from 1st fix all the way through to CML

Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme

Ensuring the project is delivered within budget alongside maintaining a professional image

Suitable candidates must have. Experience working on Traditional build development as an Assistant Site Manager. A minimum of 2+ years’ experience of working for Residential developers within the UK. A stable career history of permanent employment.
