Job Description

AltoApprentice IT EngineerAn exciting opportunity to kickstart a rewarding career in IT with Alto, an accredited IT and Cyber Security support company in Aberdeen. The successful 2 candidates will learn how to identify issues, problem solve and handle support calls to end users.They will be learning and working alongside a team of experienced professionals who promote a healthy culture. If youre passionate about IT, then this role is a no brainer - dont miss this opportunity!With full on the job training, you will also earn a Modern Apprenticeship as an IT Professional at SCQF Level 6Key Responsibilities:

Learning and displaying a high level of customer service
Effective and timely technical support to Altos clients and other internal technical units
Handling an internal ticketing system, completing requests where appropriate
Resetting client passwords following change management
Learn about current operating systems and standard software packages
Engage in training opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in key areas, such as desktop support, networking and operating systems
Learn and practice change and risk management
Learn how to triage inbound calls and perform initial troubleshooting routine
