Senior Change Manager-Inside IR35-HybridOur clients change management function sits within the Project team. Our clients change professionals work closely with project delivery colleagues to help deliver successful projects. The Senior Change Manager will understand and champion the vision andaims of the University, taking account of the existing deep-set culture and values.This will be a hands-on role, ensuring that projects with a significant change impact, meet their objectives on time and on budget by maximising adoption and usage across the universitys diverse stakeholders. Working within a project structure, the SeniorChange Manager will lead the people side of change. This includes the impact of perceived and actual changes to business processes, systems and technology, plus any change relating to job roles and organisation structures affecting not only students, but alsoacademic and professional services staff.As a leader of people change, the successful candidate will direct and facilitate the change through key communications, workshops, leadership and team engagement events, thus enabling the change to be implemented successfully across the university.The primary aim of this role is to manage the resulting changes of, and additions to, business practices within the university. A start has been made with the creation of a comprehensive stakeholder-log, but the change plan is still to be developed. Similarly,some initial organisation-wide communications have been released, but the overall comms plan is still not developed.A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change processExperience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsChange Management, Prosci Certification or equivalentFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleSkills and Competencies Strong and demonstrable experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsA solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process with clear experience of leading people changes across a complex environmentExperience of setting change strategies for organisations in transformationDemonstrable experience of identifying the need for change to behaviours and culture within an organisation, and of achieving thedesired changeExcellent planning and organising others with the ability to keep track of deliverables
