Bank Healthcare Assistant | Surgical Wards | Private Hospital | Competitive Salary | Flexible working | Sussex | Hastings We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our Staffing Bank at Spire Sussex Hospital in Hastings.This role will support our Nursing and Clinical teams across our Wards. The Spire Sussex hospital in Hastings is rated an Outstanding hospital by the CQC. It is a 29 bedded hospital that offers outpatient and inpatient services for a range of specialties,including Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, Urology, ENT, Cosmetic and General Surgery. Duties and responsibilities: Working in a fast paced department with a varied workload you will assist our qualified nurses in providing exceptional patient care,you duties will involve: Assisting with Nurses with patient care. Taking bloods, conducting ECGs, basic observations, setting up clinics & cleaning medical equipment Chaperoning. Monitoring stock control levels. Who were looking for: Previous experience inhealthcare is essential for this role, either in a Hospital or Care home setting (Minimum 1 year).
