Job Description

LHH are working in partnership with a Global organisation in East Sussex to recruit an European or Global People Advisor.This is a fantastic role for an experienced People Advisor to join a proactive, forward thinking HR team, offering hybrid working.If you love variety, are naturally inquisitive, enjoy delivering and supporting employees across a variety of markets, then this could be a great opportunity for you.In this role you will:

  • Build strong relationships with the management team to support on all employee relations matters.
  • Be an excellent communicator and influencer, collaborating with Global managers and leaders.
  • Leverage your vast generalist HR experience within this global organisation, working with people managers to support the development of impactful HR initiatives.
  • Lead on redefining people processes across the employment lifecycle that enable fantastic employee experiences.
  • Proficient in stakeholder and project management.
  • Utilise your knowledge of employment legislation and handling complex employee relations to support people managers and employees through a variety of problems.
  • You will have a strong grasp of data and utilise your technical skills to ensure data accuracy and regular data reporting.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Employment law
  • Experience working for a global organisation
  • Previous experience handling a number of ER cases and prioritising your workload
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Experience applying HR policies and procedures
  • CIPD qualification is desirable (but not essential)
