We are looking for an Experienced Mortgage Advisor working alongside our premium Estate Agency partnerJohn D Wood & Co in our office in Richmond.To cover Richmond and Belgravia.This role offers hybrid working between home and the office.Capital Private Finance was established in 2010 and specialises in all aspects of property finance. Being part of the largest and most successfulestate agency andproperty services provider in the UK, workingwith over 110 branches ofHamptonsand John D Wood across London and the South. Ouradvisorsprovide advice to clients regarding their property-based finance needs and are able to assist those with complex income structures and more unusual circumstances. In addition our advisors are to assist clients with specialist lending solutionssuch as bridging, equity release and commercial.The right candidate will

Hold full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
Ideally 2 years active broker experience.
Provide an excellent level of customer service.
A drive and enthusiasm to succeed.

Within this role you will be provided with:

Competitive salary, uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60k+), with the opportunity of an annual bonus based on performance.
