Senior Systems Development Manager (Ref: 888721)East MidlandsCompetitive + Bonus & Benefits* PLEASE ONLY APPY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE OF THE INTELLIPEN SYSTEM *Pact are delighted to be working with a leading financial business that is looking for an experienced Systems Development Manager to join their growing operation in Derbyshire.The Senior Systems Development Manager will be responsible for all things relating from a configuration and running standpoint to the Intellipen Pensions Admin Software Platform within the operation.A key part of the role will be managing the relationship with the Software provider Procentia and internal teams to maintain and improve the use of the intellipen platform.What you will be doing…- Provide technical expertise on the configuration and running of the pensions administration system Intellipen including workflows, reporting, document production, member portal and calculations- Ensure that all development projects meet business requirements, fulfil end user requirements, and resolve system issues- Ensure the team manages system incidents and carry out route cause analysis to avoid future systems incidents- Develop and implement plans to improve system functionality and effectiveness in line with business priorities- Coach and provide technical guidance to others to build the member services internal systems development capability- Work in partnership with internal project and change teams, and external contractors to deliver system improvements and improved experienceWhat we need from you…- Experience of all aspects of the Intellipen Platform - including calculations, workflows, reporting, payroll and finance, document production and Intellisite- Knowledge of SQL and MS Office Programs- Strong information technology experience specific to system development- Ability to adapt to complex programs and updating technology- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally- The ability to work to deadlines and manage workload appropriately* PLEASE ONLY APPY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE OF THE INTELLIPEN SYSTEM * Required skills
