Senior Insight AnalystRemote Based£40k-£55k + Bonus & BenefitsThe CompanyI am delighted to be working with a well-known financial services business that is looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to join its analytics function, with a focus on delivering insight from the contact centre and its interaction with its customers.The RoleThe Senior Insight Analyst will be responsible for producing actionable insight that informs executive level decision making across the business and gives the opportunity to mentor a specialist analytics team with its future development and growth.You will have a particular focus on contact centres, using SQL, Power BI and other tools to analyse unstructured data from speech analytics, web chat and customer survey solutions.Your goal will be to understand trends, patterns and anomalies in customer and employee behaviour, producing actional root cause insight whilst using this to drive business improvement.About YouYou will have significant prior experience in statistical analytics, data science and predictive insight generation and be experienced in unstructured data analysis from Speech/Text Analytics platforms and be comfortable in data modelling.You will be an outstanding communicator, with the ability to articulate and present complex concepts confidently to a wide and varied audience, including non and technical audiences and help achieve "data led" decision making across the business.Must Haves- A proven track record managing senior stakeholders and delivering actionable insight at this level- At least 5 years practical, hands-on experience in delivering insight as a consultant or at a senior level- Expertise in extracting relevant data from multiple, complex sources, coupled with an excellent understanding of Contact Centres and their commercial drivers- Results driven approach, with strong attention to detail- Track record of having used statistical models to drive measurable business benefit- An expert in Speech and Text Analytics tools, data visualisation, SQL, Power BI, Access, Excel and PowerPointBenefits- Discretionary Bonus- Pension Scheme- 25 days + bank holidays with the option to purchase more days- Life Assurance- Protection Plan- Health Cash PlanIf you would like to learn more about this opportunity, please forward your CV by applying via the link provided.We look forward to hearing from you!
